Description
PeaceLand is a narrative game about memory and choice, built by a 10-person interdisciplinary team. I lead production.
The job is mostly translation: turning a story team's intent into tasks a development team can actually finish this week, and turning development reality back into something the narrative team can plan around. Sprint boards, weekly deliverables, and cross-team briefs are the mechanism.
I also built the notebook interaction as a standalone browser prototype first — cheaper to iterate on outside Unity, and it let us settle the interaction model before anyone integrated it.
- Owned production planning for a 10-person interdisciplinary team.
- Translated goals into scoped tasks, maintained sprint boards, tracked weekly deliverables.
- Built a runnable core demo from the game concept.
- Produced weekly cross-team briefs aligning story structure with gameplay development.
- Prototyped the notebook interaction in the browser, separately from the Unity game.
